Hiromichi Mizuno

He worked in investment and lending operations in Japan, Silicon Valley, and New York at Sumitomo Trust Bank. In 2003, he became a partner at Coller Capital, a private equity fund in London. In 2015, he became a director and chief investment officer of the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF). Subsequently, he served as the UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy for Innovative Finance and Sustainable Investment, and as an independent director of Tesla. Currently, he serves as a special advisor to the CEO of MSCI Inc., a special advisor to TNFD, an independent director of LiveWire Group Inc., and a member of the Mission Committee of Danone SA. He is also a fellow at Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, and Northwestern Business Schools, working to promote sustainability finance.

Yoichi Mori

She gained experience in financial statement audits, governance development, and sustainability-related work at an auditing firm. Subsequently, she engaged in corporate disclosure, sustainability strategy support, and GHG emission reduction. As a member of IIRC, CDSB, etc., she participated in the development of international frameworks and standards for disclosure and assurance. She serves as a member of the Financial Accounting Standards Board's Sustainability Standards Committee, Chairperson of the JICPA Corporate Information Disclosure Committee, and a member of the IFRS Foundation's IRCC.

Keiichi Ushijima

Joined EY in 2013, and since 2014 has been the Japan Regional Leader for EY's Climate Change and Sustainability Services. She provides support to companies focusing on ESG and sustainability integration, business and human rights, and impact accounting. She has previously served as a part-time lecturer at Tohoku University Graduate School and as a member of the Ministry of the Environment's Central Environment Council's Subcommittee on the Use of Carbon Pricing. Currently, she serves as a director of the ESG Information Disclosure Research Association, a director of the Japan Forum for Business and Society (JFBS), and a member of the CSR Working Group at the Tokyo Foundation Policy Research Institute.

Hiroki Aoi

Since 2010, he has overseen the smart energy business domain at a consulting firm, gaining extensive experience in smart energy consulting in general. He has accumulated expertise in this industry since 2010, specializing in energy creation, energy conservation, and energy management. In April 2015, he founded booost technologies Inc., launching Sustainability ERP and promoting its implementation in over 92 countries and approximately 2,000 companies across more than 192,000 locations (as of February 2025), primarily targeting publicly listed enterprises with a market capitalization of over 500 billion yen. He possesses deep knowledge of sustainability-related financial disclosure in general. He is also a member of the Green×Digital Consortium steering committee.

Takeshi Oga

In 1997, he joined Oracle Japan. After working in IT consulting, he took charge of corporate planning. Subsequently, he joined a consulting firm and engaged in corporate integration consulting through M&A. In 2008, he joined SAP, one of the world's largest B2B software companies. He held positions such as Chief Customer Officer and General Manager of the Digital Ecosystem Division, and in 2020, he was appointed Managing Executive Officer and Chief Transformation Officer. He launched and oversaw several new businesses, including co-creation projects between large corporations and startups, and sustainability solutions. In January 2023, he was appointed Director and COO of boost technologies.
