CONCEPT

In recent years, the mandatory disclosure of sustainability information has been increasing.

Many companies are preparing for "disclosure as a legal requirement,"

What is truly being asked is "disclosure as a management strategy" that leads to an increase in corporate value.

First and foremost, it is essential to establish an information gathering and reporting system that conforms to the regulations.

A typical example of this initiative is the "SSBJ Minimum Disclosure" program. However, this is only the beginning.

Providing only the bare minimum response will result in a limited evaluation from investors.

As a result, this could lead to a downside risk for stock prices and company value.

In the second installment of the Sustainability Conference,

Beyond just complying with regulationsProactive SustainabilityThis will be our theme.

We present cutting-edge insights from the perspectives of business strategy, capital markets, and business implementation.
We will derive strategies that go beyond simply complying with regulations and lead to true enhancement of corporate value.

Now that the deadline is approaching,This is an excellent opportunity to explore the "next move" that will determine our future competitiveness.

This conference will be held for executives as part of the "Making Japan a Leading SX Nation" project, which aims to address the "Sustainability 2026 Problem" arising from the impending mandatory disclosure of sustainability information.

Participant feedback

The helpful and systematic explanation deepened my understanding.

All the sessions were beneficial! The overall picture was explained in a structured way, making it very easy to understand. Not only did I understand the essence of information disclosure, but I also gained insights into what I need to do going forward!

Department Head at a Real Estate Company

Understanding assurance operations and key areas to focus on is directly linked to strategy.

I gained a much better understanding of assurance operations and areas that need attention going forward, which was directly relevant to our future strategies. I believe that by ensuring that management and employees are aware of this knowledge, we can advance our sustainability management strategy.
