(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a sustainable tech company that promotes the resolution of social issues. Respecting the human rights of diverse stakeholders is essential for achieving sustainable growth. While respecting international codes of conduct, the Company aims to achieve a higher level of compatibility between ethics and technology.
Compliance with norms and laws
Our company supports norms for respecting human rights, including the UN International Bill of Human Rights, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
Furthermore, our company complies with the laws and regulations applicable in the countries and regions in which we conduct business activities, and also adheres to the Japanese government's "Guidelines for Respecting Human Rights in Responsible Supply Chains, etc." In cases where the laws and regulations of a country where we conduct business activities differ from internationally recognized standards of human rights, we will respect the internationally recognized standards and prioritize methods that respect internationally recognized human rights.

Our company does not tolerate discrimination in our business activities based on race, nationality, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, social status, social origin, beliefs, religion, physical or mental disability, health condition, or any other reason. We also prohibit bullying and harassment.

Implementation of respect for human rights
The Board of Directors will make decisions on important matters concerning this policy and will monitor and supervise them. To prevent and mitigate the potential negative impacts of our business on human rights, our Sustainability Officer will establish a system for continuous and responsible evaluation. Furthermore, we will communicate our perspective to stakeholders and, if negative impacts are identified through human rights due diligence, we will engage in thorough dialogue to prevent or mitigate them.
Education
Our company will provide appropriate education to our officers and employees to deepen their understanding of respect for human rights and strive to ensure that this understanding is integrated into our business activities.

We identify and assess the negative human rights impacts that our business activities have or may have, and we continuously implement measures to prevent and mitigate them.
