We also do not tolerate any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, power harassment, and customer harassment. Initiatives for employees

work environment
To enable each employee to perform at their best, we prioritize a work style that respects diversity, personality, and individuality, and create a healthy and safe environment free from discrimination and harassment.

Labor-management consultations
We respect employees' right to organize and bargain collectively as a means of facilitating labor-management consultations on working conditions, wage levels, and other matters.

Human resource development
We conduct regular education and training to cultivate specialized personnel.

Helpline (internal whistleblowing)
We will establish an internal whistleblowing system to promptly detect and correct any actions that violate laws or these standards. We prohibit any officers or employees (whistleblowers) who make honest and sincere reports or consultations from being subjected to any adverse treatment simply for doing so.
Furthermore, if the aforementioned whistleblower is subjected to adverse treatment, we will take strict action, such as disciplinary action, against the officer or employee who engaged in such treatment.

We comply with environmental laws and regulations, and actively promote businesses that contribute to solving global environmental challenges in order to realize a more sustainable and net-zero future.

ethics
We comply with all domestic and international laws and regulations, and we do not tolerate any form of corporate crime or illegal activity. We conduct our business activities with a high sense of ethics and a sincere commitment to fulfilling our social responsibilities.

Compliance with competition law (antitrust law)
We comply with antitrust and competition laws in each country and region, and conduct our business activities under fair and free competition. We do not engage in unfair or unjust business practices with competitors or business partners that would hinder fair competition.

conflict of interest
We will exercise reasonable care regarding conflicts of interest, strive to avoid potential conflicts of interest, and respond appropriately if such a possibility arises.

Entertainment and bribery
We will comply with laws and regulations such as the Political Funds Control Act regarding political donations and contributions to various organizations. Furthermore, we will not engage in any bribery, corruption, or illicit activities aimed at providing improper benefits or obtaining preferential treatment at our workplaces in our relationships with public officials or officers and employees of other businesses, both domestically and internationally.

anti-social forces
We completely exclude any relationships with anti-social forces or business partners associated with them, and will not conduct any business with them. If we receive any unreasonable demands from anti-social forces, we will respond with a firm stance.
Furthermore, we have absolutely no involvement in criminal activities, including money laundering and terrorist financing.

Insider trading
We do not buy or sell shares of other companies if we are aware of their non-public material information (insider information).
We strictly manage insider information, refrain from disclosing it beyond what is necessary for business operations, and take the utmost care to avoid inducing insider trading by relatives or other related parties.

supply chain
To earn the trust of our customers and business partners, we will never impose unfair terms and will always conduct business on an equal and fair basis.
We select business partners based on fair and objective criteria and build mutually beneficial business relationships.
Furthermore, we do not tolerate forced labor, debt labor, child labor, or human trafficking.

Information management and provision

Disclosure
To ensure public trust, we provide accurate, fair, and comprehensive information disclosure. We do not make false or exaggerated descriptions of our products and services, nor do we engage in discriminatory or misleading advertising.

Information Security
We recognize that our information assets, including customer information, are extremely important, and we protect them based on our "Information Security Policy." We properly manage personal information obtained through our business activities and will not disclose it to third parties without the prior consent of the individual concerned, except where permitted or required by law.

intellectual property
We will appropriately protect and manage intellectual property rights, respect the intellectual property rights held by others, and refrain from business activities that infringe upon them.

Social contribution
We strive to understand social issues through our business activities and promote social contribution activities that utilize technology.
